　　In-principle approval

　　Your application to employ the above named foreign worker is approved in principle. The approval is valid for 3 months from 9.29

　　Entry visa

　　A single-journey entry visa has been approved by the controller of immigration. The pass & single-journey visa will be issued at the work permit department when travel documents are presented for endorsement.

　　Security bond

　　You are required to execute a security bond and furnish a security deposit of $5,000 insurance /banker's guarantee valid for 26 months favor of the controller of immigration. Singapore. the security deposit is to back up the security bond conditions. Please note that you must produce the completed security bond and this in-principle approval letter when you call at your insurance company or bank to obtain a guarantee for the security deposit. It is important to note the banker's guarantee must be processed by your guarantor and transmitted to us at least 5 working days before your worker arrived in Singapore.

　　Temporary work permit

　　With this letter, your worker is deemed to have been issued with a temporary work permit to allow him to commence his employment with you. The temporary work permit will commence on the day following the worker's arrival in Singapore. The holder of this temporary work permit shall not be entitled to subsidized government medical treatment

　　Payment of levy

　　You are required to pay a levy of $30 per month from the commencement date of the temporary work permit. if the foreign worker is employed for part of a month, the levy will be payable at the rate of $1 a day.

　　Collection of work permit

　　The work permit must be collected within 14 days after worker's arrival. failing which, the worker will not be issued with a work permit. you are required to produce the original of this letter half an hour before the arrival of your worker. your failure to do so could result in your worker being repatriated from Singapore on the earliest available light. The procedure for the collection of the work permit is attached behind.

　　Medical examination

　　Please arrange for the worker to undergo an examination by a Singapore registered medical practitioner during his temporary work permit period. A medical report form is enclosed for this purpose. This form must be submitted together with the x-ray report at the time of collection of the worker's work permit
