1.Integrating skills
①Ask Ss to read the e-mail ads in books in page7
②get Ss work in pairs, and let Ss choose one of e-mail to reply to.
③before Ss writing the reply letter, show a sample e-mail and a letter to Ss, and teach them what the different between the email and the letter.(slide show)

④introduce to Ss: an e-mail is less formal than a letter and more formal than speaking.
⑤try to encourage the students to use indirect speech to refer to the e-pal ad.

⑦give Ss enough time to finish the e-mail, and let some Ss to read out their e-mail in the class.
2.Checkpoint
①revide the grammar briefly with the whole class.
②let Ss finish the blank in the table.
③check the answers in the class.
④get Ss to read the sentences in the table.
⑤let Ss work in pairs and find out all of useful expressions in this unit, and write down them on the Bb.
