Step 1 复习投入

1.Ask two students to retell the story of Miss Evans.

Step 2 语言辅入

SB Part 1 的处理

　　1. Say what do you think of Miss Evan?

  　　Do you like the film called Titanic?

  　　What’s your favourite film?

　　　If they can’t answer in English, they can answer in Chinese.

　　2. Part 1 Students work in pairs to practise the dialogue, they can add on lines if they see fit.

　　3. Ask some pairs to share with the class.

Part 2 的处理

　1 Go over the Grammar notes on page 159, learn the three types of sentences.

1) the Simple sentence

2).the Compound sentence

3) the Completesentence

　2. Have the students do part2 individually

　3. Check the answers with the whole class.

　4. Do Ex.1 in workbook on page 129.

SB Part 3 的处理

　1.Students work together to fill in the blanks.

　2.Go over the answer with the whole class.

　3.Explain some difficult points if the students need.

Step 3 巩固拓展

　　Rewrite the sentences in Ex.2 on page 129 using few,  little,  either,  or,  neither,  nor.

Step 4 作业布置

　　Talk about your favourite book, Make up a dialogue with your partner and write it down.
