2.利用猜一猜、画一画等游戏来激发学生的学习兴趣。

3.用任务型教学的手段来巩固课堂教学。

六、教学过程

Step1热身复习,导入新课

1.Warm up. Because this is the first lesson of this term, the teacher should welcome all the students back to school again. Then let the whole class listen to an English song or sing an English song.

2.运用师生对话的形式就天气、星期进行对话,

 A: How are you, Jim?        B: Fine, thanks.

 A:  What day is it today?     B: It is Tuesday.

 A:   What is the time now?    B: It is ten past ten.

以教授Tuesday, February 18th, twelve minutes past eleven.进而引出It is eight o’clock now. I think it’s time for our class. Let’s begin our class.

教授It’s time for something.

3.利用学生值日制度,通过老师与值日学生的对话、表演,引出以下对话:

A: Good morning, everyone. Who is on duty today?

 B: I am.

 A: Is everyone here today?

 B: Let me see. Yes, everyone is here. \ Lucy isn’t here.

 A: Could you help me? Please open the window.

 B: Sure.

 A: Thank you.

使得学生掌握如何用Could you help me? \ Can you help me?进行请求帮助。

Step2 师生互动,逐步深入

         SB Part 1 对话处理

1. Listen to the tape with books closed, and ask the students to answer this question, “what day of the week is it?”(Tuesday, February 18th)

2.Books open. Listen to the tape again and repeat the dialogues after the tape. Then get the students to read in pairs.

3. Act out the dialogues. Have the students change the date in the dialogue to apply to their own class. Then divide the class into some small groups and ask them to act out these dialogues in front of the whole class.

4.Work in pairs and fill in the blanks.

SB Part 2 处理

1. The teacher points to his own eyes, mouth, ears and tells the class what the English names of these are.

以教授eye, ear, mouth, leg, hand, long, short.

2. Play a game. Ask the students to work in pairs. One says these English names, and the other points to these parts of his own body.

The teacher can also play this game like this: The whole class stand up before the game. Then the teacher says the names of a body, and each student point to his own body or face. The students who couldn’t act quickly should sit down. The student who is the last one to sit down is the winner of the game.

3. Give every student a picture of a boy, Ask them to write out the English names of the boy’s body.

Step3 巩固拓展,达标反馈

1. Draw according to what they hear. The whole class listen to the tape of Part 2 in this lesson, at the same time they should draw a picture according to what they hear.

2. Work in class. Finish some exercises about this lesson.

Step 4 布置作业,课外拓展

1. Finish Exercise 1 in the workbook.

2. Recite the second dialogue in Part 1 of this lesson.
