Step 1 复习操练
1. Revise some of the important qhases by talking with the students
Revise be from /come from
How do you like ….?
What do you like about…?
Do you speak …?
Go to …for dinner
Write to ..
Stay at home
Learn … from…. Ect
Step 2 大声读
Part 1 use flashcards ,teach the spelling and pronunciation
Part 2.Read the sentences, pay attention to the stress and intonation.
Step 3. 动手做
Look at the postcards in page ii.Ask
Where is it from?
I think it’s from China/England/Sydney/Paris/Toronto.
Have the students make their own postcards in pairs,and see which one is the best.
Step 4 听一听
Listen and answer.
Step 5 学一学
1. Teach the students how to write an e-mail address
2. have the students make up their own e-mail address
3. Read through the passage quickly and answer the questions such as:
Who is the e-mail from?
Who is the e-mail to?
How old is Jack?
How many students are there in his class?
Where are his parents from?
What does he speak?
Does he want to learn Chinese?
4. Listen to the taqpe .Read the passage aloud.

Look at this one ,His name is Lilei .He’s a Chinese boy .This little girl is Laura, she comes from France. , you know, It’s a nice place. She speaks French, now she can speak a little Chinese. This boy is from Sydney, his Chinese name is Dahai, and his English name is David,he says people there speak English .Look at this girl , her name is Akina.Can you guess where she is from? She is from Japan. She can speak Japanese well..
