Warm up. Ask the whole class to sing the English song “Let my kite fly high.” 2. Revision. Ask and answer between the teacher and the students. How many students are there in our class? How many teachers are there in our school? How many boys are there in our class? Then ask the students to practise the dialogue in pairs. 3. Ask the students to open the books and listen to the tape of Part1 in Lesson 92. Then ask them to repeat the words after the tape. At last tell the students that these words sound the same but are spelt differently and have different meanings(使学生们了解这些单词是同音异义词)At last the teacher should give the students some time to remember these words. 4. Ask the students to listen to the words in the part 2 and then repeat them after the tape. Step2 师生互动,逐步深入 SB Part 3 对话处理 1. Revise the words “ open, close, shop”. 2. Revise the days of a week. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Ask the students to make dialogues like this: What day is it today? Today is Monday. (一个同学一边出示上面写有星期的纸片,一边提问;另一个同学回答) 3. Listen to the tape of Part 3 in Lesson 92. Ask them to pay attention to the intonation of these sentences. Then ask them to say them one sentence by one sentence after the teacher. 4. Ask the whole class to practise the dialogue in pairs. SB Part 4 对话处理 1. Books closed. Ask “What does Li Fen borrow from Mr Green?” Then have the students listen to the tape. At last check the answer and explain some difficult phrases and new words. 2. With the books open, have the students listen and repeat the dialogue. 3. Ask the whole class to practise the dialogue in pairs. 4. Ask some pairs to act the dialogue out or make the whole class read the dialogue together. Step3 巩固拓展,达标反馈 1. Part 5 of Lesson 92. First give the whole class five minutes to finish this passage by themselves. Then check the answers. 2. Checkpoint 23. Ask the students to go through this checkpoint. If there are some difficult problems, the teacher can explain them for the class. 3. Play a game. The teacher can divide the whole class into two groups. Then the teacher does actions and ask the students to answer what the teacher is doing. (教师做动作,让学生用现在进行时态回答,以比赛的方式训练学生使用这种时态的能力, 同时以提高学生的英语口语能力。) 4. Ask the students to practise in pairs. (一个同学做动作并提问,另一个同学回答。问题可以现在进行时态的特殊疑问句,也可以用现在进行时态的一般疑问句子。例如:)What am I doing now? You are read English. Are you reading Chinese? Yes, I am. 5. Work in class.
