JECF Book 1 Unit26 Lesson 102

一、教学目标和要求

       job, writer, cleaner, turn, on a farm near here, it’s your turn. What do you do? Where do you work? What about you? Who uses this?熟悉如何用英语进行就职情况的询问。

       1.利用游戏的方式来调动学生的学习积极性

2.利用调查以及实物演示等方法来处理生词,巩固句型。

3.用任务型教学的手段来巩固课堂教学。

六、教学过程

Step1热身复习,导入新课

1. Warm up. Ask the student on duty to make a report about his and his parents’ vocations. For example:

My name is Lucy. I am a student. I study in a middle school. My father is a worker. He works in a factory. My mother is a farmer. She works on a farm. My uncle is a doctor. He works in a hospital.

2. Listen and answer. Listen to the tape and finish the dialogue on page 126.

First ask the students to read through the dialogue. Then play the tape three times and ask them finish the dialogue. At last, check the answers.

3. Revision. Show the pictures on Page 46.. Ask and answer like this:

What is this man?              He is a worker.

Where does he work?           He works in a factory.

Ask the students to practise the other pictures like this.

In the same way, teach the class these two new words “ writer, cleaner”.用相同的方式教授学生“作家、清洁工”等生词。

Step2 师生互动,逐步深入

SB Part 1 对话处理

1. Books open. First ask the students to listen to the tape of this part. Then ask them to repeat it after the tape, and make sure that they understand this dialogue. If there is something that the students couldn’t understand, the teacher should explain them.

2. Choose one of the people on Page 46. Ask the students to work in pairs.

3. Invite some pairs to act it out in front of the whole class.

Step3 巩固拓展,达标反馈

1. Part 3 of Lesson 102. Play the games (Guess my job).

The teacher write a job on a piece of paper. And then ask the students to ask himself questions like this:

Are you a teacher?   No, I’m not.

Are you a worker?    No, I am not.

Are you a nurse?      Yes. I am.

Ask the whole class to guess what the job on the paper is. If one student guesses it correctly, the teacher should give him or her a small present. Then ask this student to come to the teacher’s desk and ask the other students questions as the teacher did just now.让学生们用Are you a teacher?   No, I’m not.等句型来猜测老师预先设定的职业,以巩固这些职业的名称和这些句型。

2.Ask the students to look at the pictures at the bottom of this page. Make them discuss who use this. They can say like this.

A soldier uses the picture 1. A worker uses the picture 12… …

At last ask some students to say these sentences out.

3.Interview. Ask the deskmate some questions and finish the following form.

Where does she/he work?

What picture does he / she use

your uncle

 

 

 

4. Work in class. Finish some exercises about this lesson.根据答句写问句。

(1)    __________________?  I am a cleaner.

(3)    __________________?  He likes working here very much.

(4)    __________________?  Yes, he studies in a school.

(5)    __________________?  A farmer uses this.

 Recite the dialogue in this lesson and finish the exercises in the workbook.
