一、教学目的和要求(Teaching aims and demands)

    1.知识目标:

       A.学习下列新单词和词组:kitchen, cupboard, a few, salt, sugar, pepper, oil, wine, beer, fork, spoon, chopsticks, pea, butter, cheese, soup。

       B.掌握表达法:So + be/do/does/did/can/could/will + 主语

    2.能力目标:培养学生听说读写的综合能力。

    3.情感目标:让学生体会得体的待客礼仪。

二、教学重点和难点(Key points and difficult points)

1.表达法”So + be/do/does/did/can/could/will + 主语”的掌握和运用。

2.新词汇的熟练掌握。

三、教学方法(Teaching methods)

    1.创设情景,采用情景教学法。

    2.采用任务型教学法。

四、教学过程(Teaching procedures)

    1.热身准备,导入新课

(1)结合学生刚刚过完春节的实际情况,自然地引入Food 和Drink的话题。通过小组竞赛的方式鼓励学生说出所有食物和饮料的名称,并分类列表如下:

(2)利用实物和图片导入新词:soup, peas, beer, wine,然后分别写在不同的类别中。接着引出调味品,利用实物和图片补充人表格中如下:

  (3)教师提问Where do we put salt, sugar, oil and so on?并自己回答:We put them in a room called kitchen.呈现厨房的图片,教新词cupboard以后教师学生相互问答巩固新词汇,并且用a little 或a few 来谈论,板书如下:

a little salt/sugar/oil/pepper/soup/butter/cheese(不可数名词)

a few peas/potatoes/tomatoes/cabbages/plates(可数名词的复数)

  (4)教师用实物引出新词:knife, fork, spoon, chopsticks后提问:

T:What do we eat dinner with? S: We eat dinner with chopsticks.

T:A few Chinese people eat dinner with spoons, like small children.  We Chinese eat with chopsticks. What about English people.

S: No, they don’t. They eat with knife and fork.

T: We Chinese eat with chopsticks. What about Japanese?

S: They eat with chopsticks, too.

T: We can also say: “So do they.”教师板书如下: 

--We Chinese eat with chopsticks.

--So do Japanese./Japanese eat with chopsticks, too./Japanese also eat….

       2.师生合作,巩固知识

(1)   教师提问,学生根据实际回答,要求同意的时候用So 的结构。

如:I like milk. What about you? 通过不同的句型总结出下列结构并板书:

 So + be/do/does/did/can/could/will + 主语.   也如此

(2)   按要求完成题目。(请点击“试题集锦1”)

(3)   完成课本第三部分Puzzle dialogues。

3.任务布置、拓展运用

(1)在学生掌握餐桌上的得体表达后,在两人小组中活动,一人扮演主人,另一人扮演客人进行模拟表演,尽可能地用上新词汇。

调查以后进行小组汇报:In our group. All the families put salt, oil, gourmet power in their dishes. Tom’s family also put…..

教师可以总结;“Different families have different tastes. People from different places have different tastes, too.”

如果时间允许,可以让学生讨论不同地区人们不同的饮食口味,为下一堂课作准备。如:Shanghai people like to put much sugar in their dishes because they like sweet food. Sichuan people like to put pepper in their dishes because they like hit food.
